CALGARY, Alberta – Dec 21, 2023 – WeMaple has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Eavor Technologies Inc., a pioneer in the field of advanced geothermal energy solutions, to produce a compelling short documentary film as a part of WeMaple Season 3.
The intention behind this LOI is to deepen the partnership between Business on Camera (BOC) and Eavor; furthermore, to cultivate future storytelling opportunities. WeMaple will collaborate closely with Eavor to develop a 10-minute short film and narrative surrounding its groundbreaking technology, and how the company is set to be a leader in the global energy transition.
WeMaple started as a grassroots effort to celebrate amazing achievements of Canadians for the country’s 150th anniversary in 2017 through creative visual narratives. Since then, the WeMaple series has expanded to focus on stories of innovation, excellence, and perseverance across the nation. WeMaple Season 3 illuminates the true potential of collaborative intelligence and the power of technological advancements.
“We first approached Eavor in 2019 suggesting we produce a documentary film about them, at that time they didn’t need a documentary film, but someone to manage their message,” starts WeMaple Founder Matt Keay, “it has been an incredible opportunity to support Eavor over the past 48 months, and now were are going full circle.”
